Format
Format subject to change depending on number of entrants:Friday:
Registration at 6.30pm
5pt Friday night KO warm up which begins at 7.30pm.
Saturday:
The main tournament starts with qualifying for the knockout stages on Sunday. Assuming a field of 64 players, the field will be split into 8 groups of 8 players and you will play most of the players in your group.
You will play 5 x 9 point matches, your total wins, head to head results and opponents accumulated match scores will determine your finishing position.
Top 2 finishers from each group will play in the ROBIN HOOD section 16 player KO on Sunday. Next 2 finishers will play in the MAID MARIAN, Next 2 finishers in the WILL SCARLET with the bottom 2 finishers in the MERRY MEN section.
Sunday:
ROBIN HOOD, MAID MARIAN, WILL SCARLET AND MERRY MEN sections will play a 16 player straight knockout. Players who lose their 1st or 2nd round matches from the main will drop into the Consolation Tournament (5-point matches).
Losers from the consolation drop into a last chance.
As long as we have no drop-outs you are guaranteed 8 matches over the weekend.

9-points with clocks set to 2 min per point with 12 second delay.
10.00am - Swiss Round 1
11.30am - Swiss Round 2
2.00pm - Swiss Round 3
3.30pm - Swiss Round 4
5.00pm = Swiss Round 5
7.30pm - Doubles Tournament (5pts) £10 per person entry
7.30pm - Speedgammon Tournament (5pts) £10 per person entry
Sunday 22nd September:
10.00am - ROBIN HOOD, MAID MARIAN, WILL SCARLET AND MERRY MEN Knock Out Begins - 11pt matches
Midday - Consolation begins - 5 points
1pm - Last Chance begins - 3 points
5.00pm onwards - Finals of Main, Consolation & Last Chance
7.00pm - Approximate finish time.

Please note, in the last four weeks prior to the tournament start, if a player withdraws and a replacement cannot be found they will lose their Registration Fee due to costs incurred.
Side Pools
There will be a £10 and a £25 Side Pool available.
You can enter both pools.
